  THE WORSE PLACE IN THE WORLD. THEY MADE ME CHECK MY COAT ON NEW YEARS EVE WHICH WAS ALMOST A MONTH AGO FROM TODAY. THERE STAFF IS RUDE, EVERY TIME I CALL THE LADY THAT ANSWERS SHE IS SO NASTY. THEY SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE BOTH OF MY JACKETS AND NO ONE IS GETTING REIMBURSED!! MIND YOU I HAD TWO JACKETS THERE BECAUSE I LET MY FRIEND BORROW ONE FOR A NICE NIGHT OUT AND NOT ONLY ONE BUT TWO OF THEM GOT TAKEN AND THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. THAT IS ABSURD. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE IT WAS THE WORST PLACE EVER SO TRASHY.

  WORST experience of my life at this dump. We spent a LOT of money to get "VIP" just to be treated like garbage. The staff was rude, extremely unprofessional, and they are thieves. At the end of the night we tried to get our coats back, that they made us pay to coat check, but the place was a disaster. Coats everywhere, fights breaking out, staff climbing over tables to fight us like animals. They were telling people to "just grab a coat" so my expensive jacket was gone because they didn't do their job. The woman's bathroom also ran out of toilet paper about an hour in to the party and no one cared enough to replace it so girls had to use paper towels which only clogged all the toilets so by midnight there was not even one working toilet. I have never seen anything like this, I don't know how they're still in business. I do NOT recommend this place for any event. Don't waste your money.
